Our fee structure is based on two primary factors:

  • The duration required to conduct a comprehensive investigation.

  • The specific skillsets utilised to ensure an exhaustive conclusion.

Payment Terms: 

To keep our services accessible, we offer a two-part payment plan. An initial 50% payment is required to begin the investigation, with the final balance due upon completion before the formal findings are released.

TIMEFRAMES

We strive to deliver Skip Tracing results within 10 business days of commencement. This timeframe allows our team to cross-reference data across multiple channels and, when necessary, process information requests from external entities to ensure accuracy.

For Identity & Family History services, we aim for completion within 30 days. These investigations are highly detailed and labor-intensive, requiring a high degree of technical skill, diligence, and coordination with external data sources.​

Note on Commencement:

Investigations officially begin once the initial payment (either a pre-arranged installment or payment in full) has been processed.
